Is the bike too large, too small, or simply not what you expected? Have you changed your mind and would like to cancel your purchase contract?

No problem.

For every bike ordered from us, a 14 day cancellation period applies starting from the day after delivery, with free collection included.

Simply submit your cancellation request via our form and include your order number.

Have you fallen in love with your new bike, the size is right, but something is not quite as it should be?

Please contact us via our complaints form or visit our complaints page, before initiating a cancellation. Together, we will aim to find a quick and straightforward solution, ideally without the need to return your bike.

This approach is more sustainable, faster, and allows you to keep enjoying your new favourite bike.

How does the cancellation process work?

Please submit your cancellation request in writing via our cancellation form. We also welcome any feedback on why you decided not to keep the bike, as it helps us improve our service.

Our service team will confirm your cancellation by email within a few working days and initiate the free collection process.

You will receive a separate email with all the information required for the return. If the bike was delivered in a cardboard box via our external logistics partner and you no longer have it, we will send you suitable packaging materials in advance. For deliveries and collections handled by our own logistics team, no action is required on your part, as our driver will bring the necessary packaging.

Our logistics department or our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a collection date. The bike must be handed over either by you in person or by an authorised representative.

Once the bike has arrived at our workshop and has undergone a brief inspection, we will process the refund, including any shipping costs paid where applicable. Refunds will always be issued using the original payment method.
