How the Bike Alarm works

Our Bike Alert takes the tedious task of regular searching off your hands. As soon as a bicycle that matches your individual criteria becomes available in our shop, you will be notified immediately by email.

1. Go to one of our bike category pages (e.g., E‑Bike City) and use the filters to tailor the search to your preferences. You can select criteria such as height, price, brand, type of gearing, and more.

2. Once you have adjusted your filters, click the “Create Bike Alert” button.

3. Give your Bike Alert a meaningful title. We will use this title in the notification emails we send you.

4. Now review all the criteria that we may use to pre-filter the future product assortment for you.

   Pro Tip:
   Using the “Edit search criteria” button, you can refine your Bike Alert even further. For example, you can add additional brands, including those that are currently not available in our shop. You can also add extra filters such as model year or other relevant features that matter to you.

5. Once you are satisfied with your settings, simply enter your email address and confirm your personal Bike Alert by clicking the “Notify me” button.

6. Sit back and relax: We’ll take it from here and notify you by email as soon as your dream bike becomes available.
