Payment methods and delivery costs

We currently offer payment by iDEAL, bank transfer (advance payment), credit card and PayPal.

We are an online only shop. All bikes are delivered to you; collection is not available.

Delivery within Germany costs €49 per bike. This does not apply to cargo bikes and other bulky models, for which the delivery fee is €99 per bike. The applicable shipping costs are displayed in your basket before completing the order.

Delivery to other EU countries costs €69 per bike, or €99 per cargo bike.

Delivery Conditions

We ship all bikes fully assembled and ready to ride. Only the handlebar needs to be straightened and the pedals attached.

Orders are handed over to our internal or external logistics partner within 24 hours on working days after receipt of payment. The carrier will then contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery date.

As a rule, your bike will arrive within 7–12 working days after payment, depending on your postal code, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Bike Delivery via Carrier

Delivery is made to the kerbside, meaning to the nearest public kerb accessible to the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Kerbside delivery may not be possible in the following cases:

  • The address is located in a traffic-calmed zone (“play street”) and/or is only accessible via such a road.

  • The access road is narrower than 3.25 metres, or temporary obstacles (e.g. parked vehicles or construction work) reduce the passage width below 3.25 metres.

  • The address is located in a cul-de-sac.

  • The address is located in a pedestrian zone.

If any of these conditions apply, or if you are unsure, please inform the carrier during the delivery scheduling call.

Please note that you or an authorised representative must be present at the delivery address during delivery. It is not possible to agree on an exact delivery time. The carrier will arrange delivery on a weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) within a time window of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Your presence is required throughout this time window. A more precise delivery time cannot be offered.

We believe that a bicycle should be tested properly. Once your new bike has arrived, you are welcome to test ride it for up to 50 km. Please ensure that no additional signs of use or wear are caused beyond this. A little road dirt is of course perfectly acceptable.

If you are happy with your bike and the size fits, but something else is not in order, please contact us via our reclamation form before initiating a withdrawal. We will work with you to find a quick and straightforward solution without the need to return the bike. This is more sustainable, faster, and allows you to keep your new favourite bike.

If you are ultimately not satisfied with your bicycle and wish to return it, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Overview of the Withdrawal or Reclamation Process

  1. Complete our withdrawal or reclamation form. An overview of all forms can be found on our contact page
  2. Our service team will review your submission.
  3. You will receive a response with information about the next steps.
  4. Reclamation: We will propose a repair or compensation solution. Withdrawal: A collection order for the free return of your bike will be arranged.
  5. Reclamation: Your bike is repaired and you submit the invoice*. Withdrawal: Your bike is returned to us.
  6. Your bike or repair documentation will be checked, and a refund will be issued accordingly.

*Only valid for repairs that were reported in advance and approved by our service team.
