Important requirements

  • Before the video call begins, open the shipping box and take out the bike along with all the parts inside. Place everything next to you and keep it within easy reach. If tools and assembly grease were included, keep those close by too.
  • No tools included? Have some basic tools ready, such as a set of hex keys, wrenches, and – ideally – a torque wrench. If available, we recommend using assembly grease during setup.
  • Make sure your bike is standing freely and securely, with the affected area easily accessible. A bike stand is helpful, but not required.
  • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough light so we can get a clear view through the camera.
  • Plan a full 30 minutes for the assembly. This is the only way our partner WUNDERFiX can guarantee the best possible guidance.
  • If you ordered an e-bike, please check that the battery is fully charged before assembly.
