For bicycles purchased from us, we provide a one‑year statutory warranty (see also our Terms & Conditions). A warranty from the bike or component manufacturer is not transferable to second owners, although it can sometimes be granted as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact our Customer Support in case of a complaint or if you have any questions about warranty or manufacturer guarantees.

The carrier will arrange an individual delivery appointment with you. In most cases, we even deliver using our in‑house shipping service. From the day of delivery, you have 14 days to test‑ride the bike — and we’ll pick it up again if it doesn’t suit you. For more information, see our shipping details.

E‑bikes always come with the appropriate charger, lockable batteries including battery keys (quantity as stated in the offer), and S‑pedelecs are delivered with the required registration documents.

Every bike comes with pedals, which are not mounted in our product photos — either a set of standard pedals or the pedals originally installed on the bike. Since our bikes are used, we cannot guarantee that the included pedals are the correct type for the bike category.

Beyond that, the delivery includes everything shown in the photos of the respective listing. Additional accessories such as displays, racks, bottle holders, fenders, etc. that are not visible in the product photos are not included.

Tools and documents such as the original invoice, user manual, service booklets, or service reports are not included.

Please note that our offers may differ from the original factory equipment of the new bike.

We are an online‑only shop without a physical storefront, so test rides on site or personal pickup of orders are not possible. For any questions about our bikes, sizing, and more, our Customer Support team is happy to help you by phone or online.

Thanks to our 14‑day return policy, you can test‑ride your bike for up to 50 km after delivery. Shipping within Germany costs €49 and to Austria €69 (excluding cargo bikes and other oversized bikes). Returns are free of charge. In case of withdrawal, we refund all shipping costs.

Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, as our online shop is open around the clock and there are usually several interested buyers for a bike. So being quick pays off!

Every bicycle is professionally refurbished by us — meaning completely reconditioned. Our trained workshop team inspects and services every used bike according to a defined process and quality standard. All functions are tested, and worn parts are replaced with equivalent branded components. In addition, the bike receives a very thorough and gentle cleaning using low‑pressure washing equipment.
