You know where you stand

Before a bike goes on sale, it comes to our own workshop. We perform an initial inspection, check all wear parts, remove defective components, and replace them with genuine parts. Then we do a second check, during which every function is tested again. Finally, each bike is cleaned.

For e-bikes, we also check the drive system. We install the latest software update and, for common systems like Bosch or Shimano, read the data to determine how many kilometers the bike has traveled, how often the battery has been charged, and how much capacity it has left. These figures are displayed right next to the bike in the store.

So you don’t have to guess the condition of the battery and motor. And we stand behind them for two years.

Ride first, decide later

You can’t tell if a bike is the right fit just by looking at a screen—you have to try it out in the saddle. That’s why your test ride starts at home: 14 days from delivery, up to 50 kilometers. A little road grime is to be expected, but you should avoid major signs of wear and tear.

If it turns out the bike isn’t right for you, just let us know. We’ll arrange for pickup at no cost to you and, after inspection, refund the purchase price plus shipping costs. You can find more information about the return policy here.

Two-Year Warranty on the Battery and Motor

With e-bikes, the risk lies in the most expensive parts: the battery and the motor. That’s exactly what our two-year warranty covers.

If your e-bike no longer provides assistance due to a defect, contact our customer service. We’ll take a look and find a solution. Ideally, we’ll repair it. Otherwise, you’ll get a refund of the purchase price.

Damage caused by falls, accidents, or improper use—as well as modified bikes—is not covered. You can find all the details in our Terms and Conditions.

Your legal rights

Regardless of our warranty, you have the statutory warranty rights for every bike you purchase from us. These rights are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery and apply to defects that were already present when the bike arrived.

If you notice any such issues, please contact our customer service. You are then initially entitled to have us repair the defect or deliver a defect-free bike. If that is not possible, you may request a price reduction or cancel the purchase. The details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
